When we talk about what it takes to build a successful life, most of
us will think about being proactive, being hard working, set goals, take
action, believe in our dreams and goals and more. However, there is one
very important success principle that most people often forget. It is
taking good care of their body and their health.
It is true that you need to work harder than ordinary people if you want to build an extraordinary life, but you must not forget about living in good condition as well.

of sales, you must make sure you have enough sleep. Arise early and get
to bed early and get at least 7 hours of quality sleep. This is because
you need to have plenty of energy to go out to the field and do sales.

Think about it, what time do you sleep usually? Do you have enough sleep? Will you feel lethargic and tired the next day?
If you answer yes to the above question, you are not having enough sleep and rest. Your body is telling you and giving you signal saying that you need more rest and sleep. That is why you feel tired and lethargic.
It does not mean that you cannot stay up late to work on your dreams.
You just need to strive for a balance and take good care of your
health. If you always feel tired and do not have enough energy to chase
for your dreams, it is not a very good sign.

Do you know that the journey to success is not a sprint but a marathon? Therefore, you have to conserve your energy and make sure you have the stamina to run until the end.
Most people fail to accomplish their dreams because in the beginning
when they think about their dreams, they feel excited about it, they
take heavy actions. And if those actions do not give them the results
that they want, they will feel tired, burnout and they will give up. Do
not let this happen to you.
If you are in a very bad health condition, you will need to work
smarter and harder than the ordinary. If you always fall sick, make sure
you take good care of your health so that you will have the energy to
run the race.
However, do not let your bad health condition becomes your excuse. Do
not say that you are not living your dreams because your body is weak
and you are always in bad shape.
You have to understand that your success is your own responsibility.
There are a lot of people who are less fortunate, and still able to
create amazing results and build the success on their own. Remember, you
are responsible for your own success.
